Bicycle Warranty
Warranty obligations for bicycles manufactured by LLC "Velotrade" after March 1, 2017 are 18 months from the date of sale or from the date of production if the date of sale is not specified in the passport.
For bicycles manufactured between September 20, 2016 and February 28, 2017, the warranty is 18 months for the frame and 12 months for the equipment.
For bicycles manufactured before September 20, 2016, the warranty is 18 months for the frame and 12 months for the equipment for the brands Leon, Optimabikes, and 6 months for the brands Formula, Dorozhnik, and 3 months for the brand Discovery.
Starting from the 2020 season, for all brands Leon, Formula, Dorozhnik, Discovery, Velotrade provides the following warranty periods for bicycle equipment and frames:
- Warranty for bicycle frames is 10 years.
- Warranty for equipment is 18 months.
- The established shelf life of a bicycle frame is 10 years, provided that it is properly operated and the rules for caring and storing the bicycle specified in the Bicycle Operation Manual are observed.
